Audra, X'te (Twitter) kaydettiğiniz gönderileri ve seçtiğiniz herkese açık hesapların paylaşımlarını kişisel, sesli bir bilgi brifingine dönüştüren bir hizmettir. Bu belge hangi verileri topladığımızı, neden işlediğimizi, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve ne kadar sakladığımızı açıklar.

Ödeme ve abonelik işlemleri için kayıtlı satıcı (Merchant of Record) Paddle.com Market Limited'dır; ödeme verileriniz bakımından sorumluluğun nasıl paylaşıldığı 6. maddede açıklanmıştır.
2. Topladığımız veriler
Google ile giriş yaptığınızda: e-posta adresiniz, görünen adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız — yalnızca kimlik doğrulama ve sizi karşılamak için.
X hesabınızı bağladığınızda: kaydettiğiniz gönderiler (bookmark), seçtiğiniz herkese açık hesapların paylaşımları, bunlara bağlı görseller ve X erişim anahtarlarınız (access/refresh token). Anahtarlar erişimi kısıtlı bir veritabanında tutulur, yalnız sizin adınıza X'e istek yapmak için kullanılır ve tarayıcınıza ya da üçüncü bir tarafa hiçbir zaman verilmez.
Brifing üretimi sırasında: gönderi metinleri ve görseller brifinginizi üretmek için işlenir. Bu ham içeriği kalıcı olarak saklamayız. Üretim tamamlandıktan sonra veritabanımızda kalan kaynak kaydı yalnız şunlardır: gönderinin X kimliği (post ID), gönderi bağlantısı ve yazarın @kullanıcı adı. Gönderi görsellerini indirmez ve saklamayız; yalnızca X'teki özgün adreslerini kullanırız. Exclusive planında gönderilerdeki videolar ise analiz için geçici olarak indirilir ve işlem bitince silinir (4. madde).
Ürettiğiniz her brifing için: brifing metni (transkript), ses dosyası ve üretim kaydı (mod, tarih aralığı, gönderi sayısı, harcanan kredi, üretim zamanı).
Hesap ve kullanım kayıtları: kredi bakiyeniz, plan durumunuz, deneme durumunuz, abonelik ve ödeme durumunuz, oturum bilgileriniz.
Bir bağlantı veya kampanya üzerinden geldiğinizde: bağlantıdaki kampanya etiketleri (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), sizi yönlendiren sitenin yalnızca alan adı (örneğin t.co — sayfa yolu ya da adresin geri kalanı değil) ve Audra'ya geliş zamanınız. Google ile giriş yaptığınızda bu bilgiler hesabınızla ilişkilendirilir. Giriş yapmazsanız, kampanya etiketi taşıyan ziyaretler ve giriş düğmesine tıklamalar hiçbir kişiyle ilişkilendirilmeden yalnız kampanya etiketleriyle sayılır. Bu amaçla IP adresinizi, e-posta adresinizi, tarayıcı veya cihaz bilgisini (user-agent) ya da reklam tıklama kimliklerini (örneğin gclid, fbclid) saklamayız; bunun için yeni bir çerez de kullanmayız.
Toplamadıklarımız: X şifreniz (bize hiç ulaşmaz), kartınızın tam numarası, konumunuz, cihaz parmak iziniz.
3. Verilerinizi ne için kullanıyoruz
- Kaydettiğiniz gönderileri ve seçtiğiniz hesapların içeriğini yalnızca sizin talep ettiğiniz brifingi üretmek için kullanırız.
- Google kimliğinizi yalnız giriş ve hesabınızı tanımak için kullanırız.
- Plan, kredi, deneme ve abonelik kayıtlarını hizmeti doğru sunmak, hakkınızı hesaplamak ve faturalandırmayı yürütmek için kullanırız.
- Üretim kayıtlarını hizmet kalitesini ölçmek, arızaları gidermek ve destek taleplerinize yanıt vermek için kullanırız.
- Kampanya ve kaynak bilgisini, hangi kanalların Audra'yı gerçekten kullanan kişiler getirdiğini toplu olarak ölçmek için kullanırız. Bu ölçüm tamamen kendi sistemimizde yapılır; reklam platformlarına kullanıcı verisi gönderilmez.
4. Yapay zekâ ile işleme
Brifinginiz yapay zekâ modelleriyle üretilir.
Metin işleme — Anthropic (Claude). Kaydettiğiniz gönderilerin metinleri, seçtiğiniz hesapların paylaşımları ve varsa X Article içerikleri, brifing metnini oluşturmak üzere Anthropic'e gönderilir.
Makale görünümü ve Makale Stüdyosu — Anthropic (Claude), yalnız Premium ve Exclusive'de, yalnız siz istediğinizde. Bir brifingden makale istediğinizde, o brifingin kaynak gönderilerinin metni, hesap adları ve bağlantıları ile brifing metni makaleyi yazmak üzere Anthropic'e gönderilir. Bu gönderiler brifing için zaten işlenmiştir; yeni bir kaynaktan veri toplanmaz. Makaledeki alıntıların kaynak gönderiyle birebir doğrulanabilmesi için kaynak gönderilerin metni, üretilen makale ve Makale Stüdyosu'nda yaptığınız düzenlemeler hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır ve yalnız size gösterilir. Makalede, kaynak gönderilerinizde zaten bulunan görseller X'ten doğrudan gösterilir. Bu görseller yapay zekâya gönderilmez; yalnızca bağlantıları, makaleyi oluşturmak için hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır. Makaleyi düzenlemek, kaydetmek ve dışa aktarmak yapay zekâya hiçbir şey göndermez. Makale Stüdyosu'nda "AI ile yeniden yaz"ı kullandığınızda yalnız seçtiğiniz metin, yakın bağlamı, notunuz ve o metnin atıf verdiği kaynak gönderiler Anthropic'e gönderilir. "X gönderisi" özelliğini kullandığınızda kaydettiğiniz makale taslağı, X'te paylaşıma hazır bir gönderi yazmak üzere Anthropic'e gönderilir; oluşan gönderi hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır ve yalnız size gösterilir. Audra X'te sizin adınıza paylaşım yapmaz; gönderiyi siz kopyalarsınız. Kendi yüklediğiniz görseller özel bir depoda hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır, yalnız size gösterilir ve yapay zekâya gönderilmez; yükleme sırasında konum ve kamera bilgileri silinir.
Görsel işleme — yalnız Exclusive planında. Exclusive planındaysanız, gönderilere bağlı görseller de brifingin doğruluğunu artırmak için Anthropic'e gönderilir ve model tarafından incelenir. Bu görseller okuma ekranında size de gösterilir. Basic ve Premium planlarında görsel gönderilmez.
Video analizi — yalnız Exclusive planında. Exclusive planında brifinginize giren gönderilerdeki videolar (brifing başına en çok 2 video, en çok 10 dakika; 5 dakikadan uzun videolarda yalnız ilk 5 dakika) X'in video sunucusundan geçici olarak indirilir. Videonun sesi, konuşmayı metne dökmek üzere ElevenLabs'e (konuşmadan metne) gönderilir. Görsel işleme açıkken videodan seçilen en çok 3 kare de brifingi üretmek üzere Anthropic'e gönderilir. İndirilen video, ses ve kare dosyaları işlem bitince sunucudan silinir; kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Aynı video kısa süre içinde yeniden istenirse yeniden indirmemek için döküm ve kareler en çok 30 dakika sunucunun belleğinde tutulur, sonra silinir. Ortaya çıkan brifing diğer brifinglerinizle aynı şekilde saklanır. Basic ve Premium planlarında video işlenmez.
Sese dönüştürme. Brifing metni sese dönüştürülmek üzere bir seslendirme sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Birincil sağlayıcı ElevenLabs'tir; ElevenLabs geçici olarak kullanılamazsa aynı metin yedek sağlayıcı OpenAI'a gönderilir. Hangi sağlayıcının kullanıldığı üretim kaydında tutulur.
Bu sağlayıcılara yalnız işlemi yapmak için gereken içerik gönderilir; Google kimliğiniz, e-posta adresiniz, ödeme bilgileriniz veya kredi bakiyeniz gönderilmez. İçerik bu sağlayıcılarda brifinginizi üretmek dışında bir amaçla kullanılmak üzere tarafımızca saklanmaz.

Bu sağlayıcılar Türkiye dışında hizmet verebilir; verileriniz bu kapsamda yurt dışında işlenebilir.
Sağlayıcılar veriyi yalnız Audra adına ve belirtilen işlemi gerçekleştirmek için işler. Her sağlayıcının kendi yükümlülükleri kapsamındaki işlemeleri kendi politikalarına tabidir.
6. Ödeme verileri
Ödemeler kayıtlı satıcımız Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi Paddle'ın ödeme sayfasında girersiniz.
Paddle bu işlemede yalnız Audra adına hareket eden bir alt işleyen değildir: kayıtlı satıcı olarak kendi yasal yükümlülükleri (fatura, vergi, ödeme mevzuatı) için verinizi kendi sorumluluğunda da işler ve bu işleme Paddle'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
- Audra kartınızın tam numarasını, son kullanma tarihini veya güvenlik kodunu saklamaz ve bunlara erişmez.
- Audra; abonelik durumunuzu, plan ve dönem bilgisini, ödeme başarılı/başarısız durumunu, abonelik referansını ve fatura dönemi kayıtlarını işler ve saklar.
- Kayıtlı satıcının kendi mevzuattan doğan yükümlülükleri ve saklama süreleri saklıdır.
7. Verileriniz satılmaz, reklamda kullanılmaz
Gönderilerinizi veya kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz, reklam amacıyla kullanmıyoruz ve pazarlama şirketleriyle paylaşmıyoruz. Audra'da üçüncü taraf reklam ağı, izleme pikseli veya davranışsal analitik aracı yoktur.
8. İç ölçümler
Hizmeti yönetebilmek için toplu (agregat) ölçümler kullanırız: kaç brifing üretildiği, hangi modların ne sıklıkta seçildiği, plan dağılımı gibi. Bu ölçümlerde ham kullanıcı satırları gösterilmez — kimlik, e-posta, kullanıcı numarası veya gönderi metni iç panolara aktarılmaz. Beşten az kayıt içeren kırılımlar bastırılır. Erişim yalnız yetkili kurucudadır.
9. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
Brifing metinleri (transkript): hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece saklanır.
Ses dosyaları: yalnız en son ürettiğiniz brifingin sesi saklanır. Yeni bir brifing ürettiğinizde önceki ses dosyası silinir. Ses arşivi tutmuyoruz.
Video analizi dosyaları (Exclusive): indirilen video, çıkarılan ses ve kareler işlem bitince silinir; döküm ve kareler en çok 30 dakika bellekte tutulur.
Kaynak kayıtları: gönderi kimliği, bağlantısı ve yazar @kullanıcı adı, hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece saklanır (tekrar eden gönderileri elemek için).
X erişim anahtarları: hesabınız açık ve X bağlantınız sürdüğü sürece.
Hesap, plan, kredi ve abonelik kayıtları: hesabınız açık olduğu sürece.
Kampanya ve kaynak kayıtları: hesabınızla ilişkilendirilenler hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hiçbir kişiyle ilişkilendirilmemiş ziyaret ve tıklama sayımları yalnız kampanya etiketlerini içerir.
Yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar: fatura ve muhasebe kayıtları, Vergi Usul Kanunu m.253 uyarınca 5 yıl; ticari defterler ve bunlara dayanak belgeler bakımından Türk Ticaret Kanunu m.82 uyarınca 10 yıl saklanır. Bu kayıtlar yalnız yasal yükümlülük için tutulur, başka amaçla kullanılmaz ve süre dolduğunda silinir.
Kullanılmayan hesaplar için otomatik bir silme takvimi uygulamıyoruz.
10. Hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesi
Hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesini istediğinizde support@audraapp.com adresine yazın. Bu süreç şu anda destek talebi üzerinden yürütülüyor; uygulama içinde kendi kendine çalışan bir "hesabı sil" düğmesi henüz yok. Bunu açıkça söylüyoruz çünkü olmayan bir özelliği varmış gibi anlatmak istemiyoruz.
Talebiniz alındığında kişisel verileriniz — hesap bilgileriniz, brifing geçmişiniz, ses dosyanız, kaynak kayıtlarınız, kampanya ve kaynak kayıtlarınız ve X erişim anahtarlarınız — işletme sistemlerimizden en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Yalnız 9. maddedeki yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar, zorunlu süre boyunca saklanır.
11. X'teki değişiklikler ve silmeler
Bir gönderi X'te silinir, korumaya alınır, askıya alınır veya kaldırılırsa, elimizde o gönderiye ilişkin kalan kaydı (kimlik, bağlantı, yazar adı ve gerekiyorsa ilgili brifing metni) sileriz veya güncelleriz. Talepleri support@audraapp.com üzerinden alırız ve makul olan en kısa sürede işleme koyarız.
12. X bağlantınız
X bağlantınızı istediğiniz zaman X hesabınızın "Bağlı uygulamalar" ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz; bu, Audra'nın erişimini X tarafında sona erdirir. Audra uygulaması içinde ayrı bir "bağlantıyı kes" düğmesi henüz yok. Anahtarlarınızı bizim tarafımızda da silmemizi istiyorsanız support@audraapp.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; hesabınızı sildirdiğinizde anahtarlar zaten silinir.
13. Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması
Oturum çerezi. Giriş yaptığınızda oturumunuzu sürdürmek için zorunlu bir oturum çerezi kullanırız: JavaScript'e kapalı (HttpOnly), siteler arası kullanımı kısıtlı (SameSite=Lax), canlı ortamda yalnız güvenli bağlantıyla gönderilir ve 7 gün sonra sona erer.
Dil tercihi. Yasal sayfalardaki dil seçiminiz tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur; sunucuya gönderilmez.
Reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Kampanya bilgisi yeni bir çerezle değil, giriş düğmesinin bağlantısı üzerinden taşınır ve giriş sırasında zaten kullanılan oturuma alınır.
14. Güvenlik
Verileriniz, satır düzeyinde erişim kısıtlaması (Row Level Security) uygulanan bir veritabanında tutulur; başka bir kullanıcı verilerinize veritabanı seviyesinde erişemez. Ses dosyalarınıza yalnız kısa ömürlü, imzalı bağlantılarla erişilir. Erişim anahtarlarınız ve sunucu anahtarlarımız yalnız sunucu tarafında kullanılır.
Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir; makul teknik ve idari tedbirleri uygularız. Verilerinizi etkileyen bir güvenlik olayı yaşanırsa, gerektiğinde sizi ve yetkili kurumu bilgilendiririz.
15. Haklarınız
Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız bulunmaktadır. Taleplerinizi support@audraapp.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Talebinizi aldıktan sonra en kısa sürede yanıtlarız.
16. Yaş sınırı
Audra 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir ve bilerek 18 yaşından küçük kişilerden veri toplamaz. Böyle bir veri topladığımızı fark edersek sileriz.
17. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklikte bu sayfadaki yürürlük tarihini günceller ve gerektiğinde sizi e-posta ile bilgilendiririz.

Audra turns the posts you save on X (Twitter) and posts from the public accounts you choose into a personal, audio knowledge briefing. This document explains what we collect, why we process it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
1. Who we are

For payment and subscription processing, the Merchant of Record is Paddle.com Market Limited; how responsibility for your payment data is shared is explained in section 6.
2. Data we collect
When you sign in with Google: your email address, display name, and profile photo — only to authenticate you and greet you.
When you connect your X account: the posts you've saved (bookmarks), posts from the public accounts you select, images attached to them, and your X access tokens (access/refresh token). Tokens are held in an access-restricted database, used only to make requests to X on your behalf, and are never given to your browser or to any third party.
During briefing generation: post text and images are processed to produce your briefing. We do not store that raw content permanently. After generation the only source record kept in our database is: the post's X identifier (post ID), the post link, and the author's @handle. We do not download or store post images; we use only their original addresses on X. On the Exclusive plan, videos in posts are downloaded temporarily for analysis and deleted when processing ends (section 4).
For every briefing you generate: the briefing script (transcript), the audio file, and the generation record (mode, date range, post count, credits spent, generation time).
Account and usage records: your credit balance, plan status, trial status, subscription and payment status, and session information.
When you arrive through a link or campaign: the campaign tags in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), only the domain name of the site that referred you (for example t.co — not the page path or the rest of the address), and the time you arrived at Audra. When you sign in with Google, this information is associated with your account. If you do not sign in, visits and sign-in button clicks that carry campaign tags are counted with the campaign tags only, without being associated with any person. For this purpose we do not store your IP address, email address, browser or device information (user-agent), or ad-click identifiers (for example gclid, fbclid), and we use no new cookie for it.
What we do not collect: your X password (it never reaches us), your full card number, your location, or a device fingerprint.
3. How we use your data
- We use your saved posts and the content of accounts you select only to generate the briefing you requested.
- We use your Google identity only to sign you in and recognize your account.
- We use plan, credit, trial, and subscription records to deliver the service, calculate your entitlement, and run billing.
- We use generation records to measure service quality, fix failures, and answer your support requests.
- We use campaign and source information to measure, in aggregate, which channels bring people who actually use Audra. This measurement happens entirely in our own systems; no user data is sent to advertising platforms.
4. Processing by AI
Your briefing is produced using AI models.
Text processing — Anthropic (Claude). The text of your saved posts, posts from the accounts you select, and any X Article content is sent to Anthropic to produce the briefing script.
Article view and Article Studio — Anthropic (Claude), Premium and Exclusive only, only when you ask. When you ask for an article from a briefing, the text of that briefing's source posts, their account names and links, and the briefing text are sent to Anthropic to write the article. These posts were already processed for the briefing; no data is collected from any new source. So that quotes in the article can be checked word for word against the source post, the source posts' text, the generated article and your edits in Article Studio are stored with your account and shown only to you. In the article, images already present in your source posts are shown directly from X. These images are not sent to the AI; only their links are stored with your account to build the article. Editing, saving and exporting an article sends nothing to the AI. When you use "Rewrite with AI" in Article Studio, only the text you selected, its nearby context, your note and the source posts that text cites are sent to Anthropic. When you use "X post", your saved article draft is sent to Anthropic to write a post ready to share on X; the resulting post is stored with your account and shown only to you. Audra never posts to X on your behalf; you copy the post yourself. Images you upload yourself are stored in a private store linked to your account, shown only to you and never sent to the AI; location and camera data are removed on upload.
Visual processing — Exclusive plan only. On the Exclusive plan, images attached to posts are also sent to Anthropic and examined by the model to improve the accuracy of the briefing. Those images are also shown to you in the reading view. No images are sent on the Basic and Premium plans.
Video analysis — Exclusive plan only. On the Exclusive plan, videos in the posts that go into your briefing (at most 2 videos per briefing, up to 10 minutes; for videos over 5 minutes only the first 5 minutes) are downloaded temporarily from X's video server. The video's audio is sent to ElevenLabs (speech to text) to transcribe what is said. When visual processing is on, up to 3 selected frames from the video are also sent to Anthropic to produce the briefing. The downloaded video, audio and frame files are deleted from the server when processing ends; they are not stored permanently. So that the same video is not downloaded again if it is requested again shortly, its transcript and frames are kept in the server's memory for at most 30 minutes and then deleted. The resulting briefing is kept like your other briefings. No video is processed on the Basic and Premium plans.
Text to speech. The briefing script is sent to a speech provider to be turned into audio. The primary provider is ElevenLabs; if it is temporarily unavailable the same script is sent to our fallback provider, OpenAI. Which provider was used is recorded with the generation.
Only the content needed to perform the task is sent to these providers. Your Google identity, email address, payment details, and credit balance are not sent. We do not keep content with these providers for any purpose other than producing your briefing.

These providers may operate outside Türkiye; your data may therefore be processed abroad.
Providers process data only on Audra's behalf to perform the stated task. Each provider's own processing under its own obligations is governed by its own policies.
6. Payment data
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited); you enter your card details on Paddle's checkout.
Paddle is not only a sub-processor acting on Audra's behalf: as Merchant of Record it also processes your data under its own responsibility for its legal obligations (invoicing, tax, payments regulation), governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
- Audra does not store your full card number, expiry date, or security code, and has no access to them.
- Audra does process and store your subscription status, plan and period, payment success/failure status, subscription reference, and billing period records.
- The Merchant of Record's own statutory obligations and retention periods apply separately.
7. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising
We do not sell, rent, or use your posts or personal data for advertising, and we do not share them with marketing companies. Audra contains no third-party ad network, tracking pixel, or behavioral analytics tool.
8. Internal metrics
To operate the service we use aggregate metrics: how many briefings were generated, how often each mode is chosen, plan distribution, and similar. No raw user rows are shown — identities, emails, user IDs, and post text are not surfaced in internal dashboards. Breakdowns containing fewer than five records are suppressed. Access is limited to the authorized founder.
9. How long we keep data
Briefing scripts (transcripts): kept while your account is open.
Audio files: only the audio of your most recent briefing is kept. When you generate a new briefing, the previous audio file is deleted. We keep no audio archive.
Video analysis files (Exclusive): the downloaded video, extracted audio and frames are deleted when processing ends; transcripts and frames are kept in memory for at most 30 minutes.
Source records: post ID, post link, and author @handle are kept while your account is open (to filter out repeated posts).
X access tokens: kept while your account is open and your X connection is active.
Account, plan, credit, and subscription records: kept while your account is open.
Campaign and source records: those associated with your account are kept while your account is open. Visit and click counts that are not associated with any person contain campaign tags only.
Records we are legally required to keep: invoices and accounting records are kept for 5 years under Article 253 of the Turkish Tax Procedure Law, and commercial books and their supporting documents for 10 years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code. These records are kept solely for that legal obligation, are not used for any other purpose, and are deleted when the period ends.
We do not run an automatic deletion schedule for unused accounts.
10. Deleting your account and data
To have your account and data deleted, write to support@audraapp.com. This is currently handled via support request; there is not yet a self-service "delete account" button in the app. We say this plainly because we don't want to describe a feature that doesn't exist.
Once we receive your request, your personal data — account details, briefing history, audio file, source records, campaign and source records, and X access tokens — is deleted from our operational systems within at most 30 days. Only the legally mandated records in section 9 are retained, for the required period.
11. Changes and deletions on X
If a post is deleted, made protected, suspended, or removed on X, we delete or update the record we hold for it (identifier, link, author handle, and where relevant the related briefing script). We accept such requests at support@audraapp.com and act on them as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Your X connection
You can revoke Audra's access at any time from the "Connected apps" settings of your X account; this ends Audra's access on the X side. There is not yet a separate "disconnect" button inside the Audra app. If you also want us to delete your tokens on our side, write to support@audraapp.com; deleting your account deletes them in any case.
13. Cookies and browser storage
Session cookie. When you sign in we use a strictly necessary session cookie: closed to JavaScript (HttpOnly), restricted across sites (SameSite=Lax), sent only over a secure connection in production, expiring after 7 days.
Language preference. Your language choice on the legal pages is kept in your browser's local storage; it is not sent to the server.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Campaign information is carried in the sign-in button's link, not in a new cookie, and is moved into the session that sign-in already uses.
14. Security
Your data is kept in a database protected by row-level security; other users cannot reach your data at the database level. Your audio is served only through short-lived signed links. Your access tokens and our server keys are used only server-side.
No system is 100% secure; we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. If a security incident affects your data, we will inform you and the competent authority where required.
15. Your rights
You have the right to request information about your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Send requests to support@audraapp.com. We will respond as soon as possible after receiving your request.
16. Age
Audra is not directed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. On a material change we update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
