1. Taraflar

Tüketici: Hesabınızda kayıtlı ad ve e-posta adresi ile ödeme adımında verdiğiniz bilgiler.

2. Konu

Bu sözleşme, Tüketici'nin elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği Audra {plan_adı} aboneliğinin sunulmasına ilişkindir. Hizmetin kapsamı, kullanım kuralları ve tarafların hak ve yükümlülükleri Kullanım Koşulları'nda; kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası'nda düzenlenmiştir. Her iki belge bu sözleşmenin ayrılmaz parçasıdır.

3. Hizmet ve bedel

Hizmet: Audra {plan_adı} aboneliği — aylık {aylık_kredi} kredi, {modlar} modları.

Bedel: {tutar} {para_birimi} / {dönem}, tüm vergiler dâhil.

Ödeme: iyzico altyapısı üzerinden kredi/banka kartı ile, peşin.

4. İfa

Hizmet elektronik ortamda sunulur ve ödemenin onaylanmasının ardından derhal ifasına başlanır. Teslimat adresi ve kargo söz konusu değildir.

5. Süre ve yenileme

Sözleşme bir {dönem} için kurulur ve Tüketici iptal etmedikçe aynı süreyle yenilenir. İptal hâlinde ödemesi yapılmış dönemin sonuna kadar erişim devam eder; dönem sonunda yenileme yapılmaz.

6. Cayma hakkı

Hizmet elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilmektedir. Tüketici, ödeme adımında hizmetin derhal ifasına başlanmasını açıkça onaylamıştır. Bu onay ve ifaya başlanmasıyla birlikte, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15 inci maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (ğ) ve (h) bentleri uyarınca cayma hakkı bulunmamaktadır.

Cayma hakkının uygulandığı bir durumda bu hak kullanılırsa, bildirimin Sağlayıcı'ya ulaşmasından itibaren 14 gün içinde tahsil edilen tüm ödemeler iade edilir.

7. İade politikası

Sağlayıcı gönüllü iade yapmaz ve hesap kredisi tanımlamaz. Bu hüküm, Tüketici'nin emredici yasal haklarını — hizmetin hiç ya da gereği gibi ifa edilmemesi hâlindeki hakları dâhil — ortadan kaldırmaz.

8. Uyuşmazlık

Bu sözleşmeye Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici, bulunduğu yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesine başvurabilir.

9. Yürürlük

Tüketici, ödeme adımındaki onay kutularını işaretleyip siparişi onayladığında bu sözleşme kurulmuş olur. Sözleşmenin bir örneği Tüketici'nin e-posta adresine gönderilir.

Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Provider: [[ŞİRKET-BİLGİSİ-BEKLİYOR: legal name, address, registry/tax]], support@audraapp.com

Consumer: The name and email registered to your account, together with the details you provide at the payment step.

2. Subject

This agreement concerns the provision of the Audra {plan_name} subscription ordered electronically by the Consumer. The scope of the service, the rules of use, and the parties' rights and obligations are set out in the Terms of Service; the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy. Both documents form an integral part of this agreement.

3. Service and price

Service: Audra {plan_name} subscription — {monthly_credits} credits per month, {modes} modes.

Price: {amount} {currency} / {period}, all taxes included.

Payment: by credit/debit card through iyzico, in advance.

4. Performance

The service is provided electronically and performance begins immediately once payment is approved. No physical delivery or shipping is involved.

5. Term and renewal

The agreement is concluded for one {period} and renews for the same length unless the Consumer cancels. On cancellation, access continues to the end of the period already paid for; no renewal occurs thereafter.

6. Right of withdrawal

The service is performed instantly in electronic form. At the payment step the Consumer has expressly approved that performance begins immediately. With that approval and the commencement of performance, there is no right of withdrawal under Articles 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.

Where a right of withdrawal does apply and is exercised, all payments received are refunded within 14 days of the notice reaching the Provider.

7. Refund policy

The Provider does not offer voluntary refunds and does not issue account credits. This does not remove the Consumer's mandatory statutory rights, including rights arising from failure to provide the service or defective provision of it.

8. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their own location.

9. Entry into force

This agreement is concluded when the Consumer ticks the confirmation boxes at the payment step and confirms the order. A copy is sent to the Consumer's email address.
